We are looking for our client, an NPO located in the city center, an accounting analyst for a permanent position - full time

Your missions

Under the authority of senior management, the incumbent is responsible for the sound financial management of the organization. In collaboration with the management team, he performs the analyzes necessary for the continuous improvement and development of resources and services. He oversees accounting, treasury, payroll, management of dedicated donations and the budget control process. He develops and maintains dynamic financial models for assessing financial performance.

He sees to the analysis of information systems adequate to organizational needs, develops them in order to exploit clinical, financial and administrative data, in order to establish relevant performance measures that can help in the strategic decision-making of the Phare and the development of recommendations. He must also understand the issues and methods related to the collection and use of data in order to be aligned with organizational strategies.

The accounting analyst must master the design of various tables and graphs, as well as the use of business intelligence technologies. It implements optimal measures for information security and the business continuity plan within the organization.

Your profile

-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or other related discipline;

Relevant experience of 3 years;

Member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec (CPA);

Project management certification, an asset;

Volunteer or professional experience in a non-profit organization, an asset;

Advanced command of Office suite software;

English proficiency.
