of an accountant for its head office located in Ville St ‐ Laurent. The incumbent will work under the
supervision of the chief accountant within the accounting team of the finance department.

Your missions

Carry out all the verification and monitoring process relating to the control of the gross margin and
daily inventories (inventory adjustment, write-off, claims to
suppliers, end-of-month analysis, etc.)
o Follow up with operations on the various elements to be analyzed;
o Prepare all the corresponding end of month entries;
o Prepare all end-of-month, quarterly and annual analyzes
corresponding.
 Participate in the control tests on the Company's operational processes required according to the
Law 52-109 for public companies and by external auditors.
o Perform the tests in collaboration with other members of the team;
 Actively participate in the month-end process;
 Account for, verify, analyze incurred expenses and ensure the application of controls
internal;
 Produce, verify and post to the general ledger the required adjustment entries;
 Responsible for the accounting codification of budgeted expenses in order to follow the evolution of
expenses incurred;
 Responsible for the general ledger module relating to tangible fixed assets;
 Analyze operations related to tangible fixed assets;
 Prepare various reconciliations of general ledger accounts and monthly financial analyzes,
quarterly, annual or ad hoc.

Your profile

BAC in accounting or equivalent;
 Understanding of financial statements and the accounting cycle;
 Number of years of experience: 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience with companies with multiple locations and which have several different
legal companies;
 Very advanced knowledge of Excel (v search; crosstab, formulas, etc.);
 Have strong communication and teamwork skills;
 Know how to meet tight deadlines and be able to manage priorities independently;
 Have an analytical mind;
 Experience working with an ERP tool such as Oracle, SAP, JDE an asset and AS400;
 Concern for confidentiality;
 Bilingualism (French-English) oral and written.
