A marketing agency located in the heart of downtown Montreal is currently looking for a permanent Payroll Accountant.
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance and Operations, the senior accountant will have primary responsibility for the accounting management of financial transactions of one of the Group's entities:
He will be responsible for:
- accounts Payable;
- management of credit cards;
- bi-monthly invoicing;
- partial management of the payroll of an entity with around 30 employees.
The candidate sought will have as experience:
- A DEP or DEC in accounting or significant experience acquired;
- Have experience in managing accounts payable;
- Have experience in the invoicing process;
- Know the payroll management process (Nethris or Desjardins);
- A good command of the Office suite, including Excel.
- Knowledge of SAGE 50 software is a major asset.
