Management of suppliers
Responsible for employee payroll
Accounts receivable management
Bank account reconciliations (CAD & USD)
Credit card reconciliation verification.
File the GST / QST return.
Balance accounts receivable from customers / accounts payable from intercos suppliers
List acquisitions and dispositions of capitalized assets
Make end-of-month entries.
Other related tasks
College diploma, DEP or AEC in accounting or related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
Demonstrate rigor in the performance of their tasks;
Ability to handle new and complex situations;
Have a good sense of responsibility and initiative;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
