Your missions

Payroll & Human Resources
* Execute payroll entries to the system in accordance with the company's various time management platforms;
* Be the payroll referent and ensure the reliability of information;
* Establish communication and collaboration with the HR department;
* Optimize payroll processes and data collection;
* Mastering the platforms and reports made available (hours tracking, Rhpro, etc.);
* Anticipate and coordinate the annual social closing;
* Process payroll and benefits documentation (group insurance, VRSP, wellness allowance and expense accounts).

Operational finance
* Take part in the payables process for all Group entities (creation of POs, entry and review of invoices)
* Participate in carrying out reconciliation work (bank, visas and expense reports);
* Mastering and developing reports on accounts payable for analysis purposes (ages and statements of accounts);
* Support the team in monthly payments (preparation of payment batches and issuance of local and international transfers).


Reporting & analysis
* Participate in the quarter closing process by supporting the controller;
* Reconcile and justify accounting GLs related to payroll and human resources;
* Be able to explain the variations of accounting items from one quarter to another thanks to his knowledge of the activities;
* Ensure that the entries made in Dynamics respect the presentation logic of the EFs in order to facilitate financial analyses;
* Build back-ups to justify the figures recorded if necessary;
* Use the monitoring tools developed (Template invoicing, monitoring of payments, etc.) and propose new tools as needed to improve the efficiency of operations.
