Within the company you have for tasks:
Follow up on invoices and statements with suppliers
Enter invoices and other relevant information in the accounting software
Sorting of exceptions from the invoice approval system
Print checks and track signatories
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare deposits and make deposits via the electronic platform
Enter deposits and check status in the accounting software
Prepare various reports
Production of receipts
Validation of documents received by suppliers
Monitoring of CCQ, CNESST and RQ compliance of suppliers
Registration and validation of contract denunciations in Maestro
Communication with subcontractors for corrections to complaints
Transmission of payment notices to suppliers
Keep the tables of denunciations and discharges up to date
Support accounting technicians
All other related tasks
DEP or DEC in accounting;
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting;
Sense of organization, priorities, responsibilities and judgment
Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
Good problem solving ability
Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office Suite
Excellent knowledge of computer software
Experience in the construction industry (asset)
Experience with Maestro software (asset)
Experience in a multi-company environment (asset)
