Reporting to the Assistant Chief Accountant, the Accounting Clerk will perform various tasks within the company's accounting department.
Main duties and responsibilities :
Entering supplier invoices;
Validation of supplier statements;
Issuance of cheques;
Perform customer billing;
Collection of accounts receivable;
Follow-up of accounts receivable;
Recording of cash receipts;
Preparation of deposits;
Assist in the payroll process;
Follow-up of certain permanent analyses;
Input and validation of information in certain Excel files.
Qualifications and Skills:
One to two years of experience as an accounting clerk
Hold a DEP in accounting
Demonstrates good concentration skills
Is meticulous, methodical and trustworthy
Able to work in a multi-company environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines and understand their importance
Proficiency in office automation, spreadsheets and accounting software, preferably HOPEM.
