We are looking for an Accounting Technician for our client in downtown Montreal.
Perform complex bank reconciliations;
Monitor daily cash flow;
Make the daily sales report;
Codify and process invoices from suppliers of services and goods;
Check the monthly statements of account;
Make payments to suppliers;
Close the payables module at the end of the month;
Perform monthly analysis of certain accounts;
Make accounting entries;
Support to the manager;
All other related tasks.
Do you think this job is for you? It just might be the case if you have:
Technical training in accounting (finance) DEC or others;
Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent position;
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, in particular Excel;
Knowledge of AS400 software an asset;
Retail experience an asset;
Bilingualism both oral and written (English and French) an asset;
Analytical ability and spirit of synthesis;
Sense of organization and priorities;
Speed of execution and autonomous;
Be comfortable with new technologies;
Sense of customer service (stores and head office).
