● Participated in the management of the accounting cycle for several entities;
● Carry out bookkeeping as well as monthly invoicing;
● Prepare reconciliations and analyzes of accounts;
● Collaborate in the month-end process;
● Analyzed monthly, quarterly and annual financial information;
● Produce various financial reports for the Directorate or the different departments;
● Participate in the preparation of year-end verification files
● + 5 years of experience in a similar position;
● DEC / AEP in accounting or an administrative technique at college level;
● Excellent command of French, both oral and written;
● Good knowledge of English, both oral and written;
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and Excel software;
● Experience in construction project management accounting (asset);
● Knowledge of the ODOO accounting system (asset);
● Demonstrate autonomy, versatility and attention to detail;
● Strong sense of priorities, ability to manage requests flexibly and ability to execute
several tasks simultaneously;
● Good team spirit and ease in interpersonal relationships
