Your missions
We are looking for one of our clients, a large architectural group, an Accounts Payable Technician.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Complete accounts payable cycle
- Invoice matching
- Process purchase orders
- Prepare receipts
- Filing of current files as needed
- Reconcile the statements of accounts of subcontractors
- Make payment to suppliers
- Related tasks
Your profile
- DEC in accounting, finance or related field
- Good English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in the field of construction, a strong asset
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Navision, a strong asset
