Your missions
We are looking for our client, a large well-established company located in Ville St-Laurent, an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The latter will be responsible for:
Volume rebate accounting management (full cycle)
• Analysis related to purchasing processes: collection, consolidation and analysis of data
• Calculation of volume discounts to be invoiced to purchasing suppliers
• Billing of suppliers related to volume discounts
• Collection of receivables and follow-up with suppliers
• Respond to requests and questions from suppliers
• Provide information to the accounting manager
• Work closely with the purchasing department
• Support the team during the end of the month by providing reports on purchases and volume discounts
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Your profile
Do you think this job is for you?? This may be the case if you have:
2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in the field of business accounting is an asset)
• Bilingual (French and English)
• DEC in accounting
• Attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with a large volume of information
• A good understanding of supply chain management is considered an asset
• Analytical mind, problem-solving ability and sense of organization
