Your missions

We are looking for our client, a road transportation company, an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

The latter will report to the accounts receivable and credit manager. The successful candidate will be a member of a highly motivated and determined team who enjoys working in a constantly changing environment and who is looking for a career that will allow them to flourish while taking on new challenges.


-Process incoming payments on accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Treat bank deposits.
-Perform accounts receivable reconciliations.
-Communicate with customers, keep track of their account status and help resolve any issues related to their account.
-Work in collaboration with internal staff (invoicing, operations, sales) to resolve issues.
-Participate in the rigorous analysis of recurring problems and help them solve them.
-Produce reports to help management make informed decisions.
-Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators of the department.
-Management of key company accounts and analysis of customer portals.
-Support your manager for any other question relating to accounts receivable or credit.

Your profile

-Knowledge and proven ease in processing transactions in computer systems.
-Demonstrated confidence in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
-Working knowledge and expertise in spreadsheets (MS Excel).
-Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
-Proven communication skills (verbal and written).
-Orientation towards customer service and negotiation skills.
-French and English, written and spoken, required.
-Experience in the field of credit would be an asset.
