Your missions

As an Administration and accounting technician your main tasks are:
➢ Support the administrative team with daily tasks (logistics, accounting, etc.);
➢ Record shipments to the accounting system;
➢ Verify sales prices;
➢ Record sales invoices to accounting system;
➢ Print, assemble, and mail invoices to customers;
➢ Send account statements;
➢ Prepare reports
➢ Respond to customers;
➢ Assist with tour management, conference room management, and other
administrative duties ;
➢ Support the communications component;
➢ Support various departments as needed for specific projects;
➢ Manage petty cash and related expense reports;
➢ Perform data entry, document control and filing;
➢ Computerize documents and prepare presentations;
➢ Handle incoming and outgoing mail;
➢ Support management as needed ;
➢ Assist in the preparation of special events ;
➢ Make various purchases for the company;
➢ Do the layout of the company's internal newspaper ;
➢ Perform any other related duties as requested by the Director of
Administrative Services.

Your profile

Your profile:
➢ Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
➢ Proficient in the office suite;
➢ Intermediate - advanced level of Excel.
➢ Communicate issues to co-workers or managers in a
professional manner;
➢ Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality of information; ➢ Be able to work in a professional manner;
➢ Be able to work in a team as well as individually;
➢ Be able to work under pressure;
➢ Adhere to, comply with, and act in accordance with laws and regulations relating to
programs and procedures governing:
- Occupational health & safety
- The Quality system and the requirements specific to the Varennes distillery
- The Environment system, in a perspective of development of an individual environmental
