Today, we work with a company specialized in the commercial air conditioning and heating industry. In this context, we are looking for an administrative and accounting assistant for a permanent position.
Your responsibilities :
- Administrative and accounting support at the project management level
- Assist the accounting department in sorting and processing supplier invoices
- Office management
- Manage the schedule, take and transfer calls, manage accounts on social networks
-Procurement of office equipment
-Sorting, sending mail and taking care of daily administrative tasks
- Establish and maintain computerized and manual filing systems for information files
- Other related taxes
