Your missions
For one of our clients, an SME in the equipment rental sector, we are looking for an invoicing agent whose tasks will be :
- Receive sales/rental contracts and enter the information into the database
- Validate the accuracy of data and documents
- Obtain additional information for incomplete documents
- Filing physical and virtual files in an accessible and organized manner
- Manage the parts inventory by ordering what is needed
- Answering questions and providing information on files
Your profile
- DEC in accounting or a related field
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English required
- Good level of Excel
- Knowledge of Navision software would be an asset
