Your missions

Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a company located in Montreal for an accounts receivable and billing analyst. This is a permanent position on hybrid remote work.

Reporting to the Controller, you will responsible for the following main tasks:

• Produce the invoicing of commission income and promotional expenses to our suppliers according to agreements specific to each.
• Ensure complete invoicing of advertising budgets according to various agreements made by the regions and ensure uniformity and consistency between regions.
• Understand internal systems and ensure that information from agreements is accurate, reliable and up-to-date. Propose the necessary improvements so that the systems meet these needs.
• Prepare and assemble all documentation requested by our principals in order to justify promotional expenses.
• Remind unpaid invoices (Collection & Monitoring)
• Produce a report on the age of accounts receivable monthly.
• Apply and reconcile payments
• Ability to manipulate and keep Excel files up to date.

Your profile

• Good command of oral and written English and French.
• Knowledge of computer programs: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset)
• Aptitude for customer service to respond to multiple requests
• Fast and efficient with attention to detail
• Autonomous and good organizational skills to process a large number of documents.
