Good morning,

I am Bianka, Team Leader in Recruitment and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for a financial analyst for my client, a large agri-food group. This is a permanent post in hybrid mode.

Your missions

Reporting to the Management Accounting Director, the position holder is responsible for carrying out various analyses, both in financial accounting and management accounting, and preparing executive summaries in order to assist in decision-making.

Key activities
- Perform financial and management accounting analyses;
- Participate in the end of month process;
- Collaborate on end-of-quarter analyses;
- Participate in the realization of special projects;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process.

Your profile

Required training and experience
- BAC in accounting or equivalent;
- Hold a CPA accounting title or in the process of obtaining it;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the manufacturing environment (an asset).
- Skills sought after
- Oral and written French/English bilingualism (essential: the employee must communicate with unilingual English-speaking counterparts and unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.);
- Good learning ability, good ability to synthesize;
- Ability to communicate with internal customers;
- Autonomous, meticulous, rigorous, proactive and good team spirit;
- Good sense of responsibility and management of priorities;
- Computer skills: MS Office suite, good command of Excel, ERP knowledge (an asset).
