Fulfill yourself by deploying your expertise within the finance team of our corporate division:
*** Please note that this position is based in Kingsey Falls with the possibility of teleworking (3-4 days of teleworking per week)***
Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will have the mandate to support the managers of the various cost centers reporting to the head office in strategic decision-making and the establishment of business strategies in order to contribute to the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
- Prepares the analyzes and information necessary for the preparation of financial statements and management reports, and makes recommendations;
- Enforce the internal control structure in order to minimize the business risks inherent in operations and/or fraud;
- Manage approval levels and system access;
- Develop tools to facilitate cost, project and CAPEX tracking;
- Work in collaboration with the various stakeholders involved, such as the various COEs, the shared services center and the business units and ensure communication with them;
- Actively participate in the budget process;
- Prepares and/or revises reconciliations of balance sheet accounts;
- Proposes improvements to current processes.
Your profile

- You have a degree in accounting/finance and you are a member of the CPA order or in progress (an asset)
- You have unparalleled rigor in producing the required deliverables
You have the ability to deal with issues and problems by putting forward solutions
- You have an ability to support and advise business partners in the analysis of their needs
and the search for solutions
- You have the ability to act and react quickly while leading several files at the same time
- You are an organized person and you have a good team spirit
- You have a good command of French and basic English
- You have a good command of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and a good knowledge of SAP software or another ERP (an asset)
