Your missions
Your responsibilities :
Build, design, maintain and improve financial models, projections, processes, and analyses.
Drive recurring analytics supporting Corporate Functions to identify arising issues and risks.
Analyse and interpret financial information across business divisions, geographically and by market segments while incorporating relevant economic trends to provide timely mentorship towards achieving the Company’s business plan and financial performance targets.
Understand and model business drivers through teamwork.
Prepare detailed recurring performance reporting
Review of the reporting content as well as variance explanations.
Maintain & generate long-term plan, budgeting, as well as forecasting models and reports.
Drive performance reporting and analyses – leverage FBP for root cause review and action plan.
Support FBP in continuously improving insights delivered as well as ad-hoc analysis.
Model benefits and alignments in the performance management cycle.
Conduct benchmarking and other comparative studies
Development of analytics and metrics to support decision processes
Developing performance drivers in dashboards
Identify, track benefits and alignments from various projects
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
CPA, CFA or MBA required
Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A business experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
Experienced in Financial Planning and Modelling
Strong capability Performing Measurement & Report.
Experienced in Data analysis and insight as well as financial accounting and reporting.
