Your missions
Under the supervision of the Industrial Controller, the Financial Analyst - Inventory and Cost Price, as a key member of the Factory Finance team, acts as an expert in the preparation and reliability, as well as in the analysis financial data related to costs and margins and inventories.
The incumbent will have as main responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of the various inventories (raw materials, packaging and products
finished);
Ensure the integrity and administration of the SAP database (updating, modifications / creations OF, BOM, management of returns, etc.);
Respond to occasional requests for financial information: costs, cost price;
Maintain a close relationship with all departments, particularly with production for MRP analysis and configuration needs;
Analyze and propose ways to improve the consumption of raw materials and packaging components in order to improve the cost price of the plant;
Provide ongoing SAP training and setup assistance for new users;
Assist the industrial controller and internal collaborators on projects, as needed;
Participate in the closing of accounting months;
Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of finance and logistics processes.
Your profile
You will excel in this role if you are a versatile team player who knows how to
proof of rigor and structure. You will stand out for your ability to manage
emergencies and priorities in a growing environment.
University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance option
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience – inventory management required
Experience in an industrial and agri-food environment preferred
In-depth knowledge of SAP and Excel and other financial management tools/systems
Bilingualism – French – English
CPA member desirable
