I am looking for a Payroll and Billing Clerk for my client, a large SME in the wellness sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode 32 hours per week.
Under the supervision of the controller, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Compile, verify and process information and benefits to be granted to employees for the preparation and issuance of salary payments
Maintain employee files
Educate employees on payroll matters
Complete employment records
Manage vacation pay
Follow up on training files
Manage CNESST files
Invoice accounts receivable bimonthly
Recording of receipts relating to invoicing
Carry out rigorous classification of files
Carry out any other task that may be requested by their immediate superior
DEC or DEP in accounting
French and functional English
