Your missions
Check the data transmitted in the accounting software.
Reconcile and report discrepancies found in accounts.
Keep records up to date.
Check and approve the various invoices.
Make payments to suppliers.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Balance cash accounts.
Perform monthly closings.
Follow up with customers for payment of invoices.
Maintain a record of discussions with clients.
Process customer accounts receivable.
Receive, register and deposit checks and supporting documents with the bank.
Check the balancing of the days.
Your profile
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Quickbooks software.
Good adaptation capacity.
Sense of responsibility.
Diploma in accounting (technical, DEP or other equivalence).
Trade experience.
