Your missions

Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a company located in Lachine for a complex accounting manager.This is a permanent position on site.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting cycle of construction projects;
• Producing invoicing & budget tracking for projects via the Oracle Textura system;
• Liaising with the accounting department regarding billing based on contracts and invoices;
• Preparing billing files;
• Preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders;
• Performing project tracking (preparation of subcontractor contracts and contracts between the general contractor and the owner/developer, etc.);
• Performing various administrative tasks (opening files, answering calls, managing schedules, filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning, etc.);
• Any other related tasks as per company needs and requests from immediate superior.

Your profile

Think this job is for you? It might be the case if you have or are:

• Holder of a Vocational Diploma (DEP), a High School Diploma (DES), or a College Diploma (DEC) in accounting, secretarial studies, office automation, or any other related field;
• Proficiency in French language both orally and in writing;
• Ability to easily learn the use of new software and navigate through them smoothly;
• Possesses advanced analytical skills;
• Capable of working with tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks;
• Advanced work organization and ability to rigorously follow up with different individuals;
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
