Your missions
For one of our clients, an SME specializing in graphic design, we are looking for an accountant whose tasks are :
- Bookkeeping
- Manage payroll (vacations, benefits, T1 and T4)
- Assist management in budget preparation
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare month-end and year-end entries
- Remit GST/QST to the government
- Oversee project costing
- Improve internal processes
Your profile
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Quickbooks an asset
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) an asset
- Bilingual French and English, mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
