Key Responsabilities :
* Weekly processing of payroll for 200 employees;
* Preparing and responding to unemployment claims and processing employment verifications;
* Assisting in the preparation for various audits;
* Working with managers and Human Resources to meet payroll deadlines;
* Processing new hires and terminations in payroll systems;
* Calculating incentive amounts;
* Bilinguism required
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge with payroll software;
* Current knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll rules and legislation;
* Previous experience in construction industry or prevailing wage environment;
* Experience with CCQ payroll;
