Your missions

Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a company located in the West Island for a financial and administrative Controller. This is a permanent position on site.

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and human resources. The Controller will also manage the accounting team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Your profile

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred
