I am looking for a financial controller for my client, a group in the eyewear sales sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.
Ensures that the accounting system is capable of
provide management with information
adequate, relevant and available on time
Prepare monthly financial statements and
quarterly for the cooperative and its subsidiaries
Prepares analysis files and closings
monthly and quarterly
Develops and maintains budget monitoring
monthly, annual and forecast together
with the general manager
Support management in acquisition projects, business plans, business evaluations and for various reports
Responsible for insurance files
Ensures the coordination and smooth running of
all activities of the accounting department
Ensures training of staff under his/her
responsibility for accounting tasks
Bachelor of Accounting
CPA accounting title
5 years of experience
Experience in management and financial analysis
Experience with cooperatives - asset
Experience in managing growth
(acquisition – asset)
Bilingual French-English (essential)
Advanced mastery of Excel and Acomba
