Your missions

Hello, I'm Charlotte, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance, accounting and payroll.

I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment.

I'm looking for a Controller with team supervision for one of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Manage the department's staff of ten (10);
- Produce monthly and annual financial statements and management reports;
- Prepare year-end files for external auditors;
- Draw up budgets, monitor and optimize them;
- Manage cash flow and financial obligations;
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and processes, and apply any
necessary adjustments;
- Present financial results to management;
- Monitor financing contracts and commercial agreements;
- Ensure communication with regulatory bodies;
- Analyze the financial performance of each company;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators;
- Coordinate IT requirements with the IT department.

Your profile

- BAC in business administration, accounting option;
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation;
- Minimum 3 years as an auditor in public accounting firms, working particularly with
particularly with SMEs;
- Minimum 7 years in Chief Accountant or Controller positions, having managed a
team of accountants in large SMEs;
- Business acumen and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment;
- Organized, rigorous and detail-oriented;
