Credit Administrator Montréal
Our client, a Montreal -based company, is looking for an Credit Administrator
Take responsibility for the assigned branches;
Communicate and deal with customers, branches and customer service on a regular basis;
Make recovery and follow-up calls
Build good relationships with customers, branches and representatives;
Analyze new customers and review on existing clients;
Be able to carry out credit line approvals according to the internal policies of the company;
Resolve disputes, identify problems and follow up on payments with different branches;
Reconcile accounts and maintenance of receivables;
Preparation of documents for collection agency & bad debts;
Compose various reports;
Any other related tasks.
Technical baggage: Your 7 years plus experience as a credit officer has provided you with all the knowledge necessary to accomplish your tasks;
Linguistic Mastery: Bilingual, you master the French and English language, both orally and in writing;
Negotiation: Your negotiation skills have always allowed you to achieve your goals, plus you have a developed analytical mind;
IT Expertise: You have a good knowledge of the Office suite, specifically, the Excel software;
Organizational Capacity: Despite fast throughput and a heavy workload, you can manage stress and set priorities to act quickly and meet deadlines;
You are flexible in terms of schedules;
Spirit of Collaboration: With a true team spirit, you foster collaboration with your colleagues to facilitate learning. You know how to build relationships with your internal and external customers and become a trusted business partner whose advice is greatly appreciated;
Your determination allows you to solve problems that arise for you;
Experience: knowledge of the field of distribution is an asset.
