Our client, an internationally renowned company located on the South Shore is looking for a Financial Analyst for its head office in Boucherville.

Your missions

Under the responsibility of the Vice-President Finance and Operations, the financial analyst:

Participate in and put forward strategic decisions defined by the management team;
Supports integration and maintains the ERP system (Vizco and Synergitek);
Ensures the production and analysis of the company's financial data;
Ensures the quality control of the work carried out by the finance department;
Develops procedures and feeds dashboards:
Set up reporting for general management and define the indicators to be monitored;
Read the contracts and advise management on legal and financial aspects;
Participate in the development of projects relating to the overall profitability and feasibility of customers, operations and products from the three (3) plant plants;
Develop and maintain the cost price (analyzes and price lists);
Help develop the KPIs required for positions;
Participate in the development of financial objectives and forecasts:
Reviews economic and financial studies to measure themselves against their sector of activity;
Analyzes and reports to the management team: study of company performance, gap analysis, activity summary;
In collaboration with management, develop and steer the budget process:
Collection and analysis of budget information, production of budget summary documents;
Checks the accounting closings;
Support and coach on accounting methods
Participate in improving the performance of the company, by determining the optimization possibilities;
Participates in the maintenance of the internal control system;
Ensure compliance and application of accounting standards

Your profile
