Your missions

We are looking for our client, a company in the food distribution sector, a financial controller to join their team. The latter will be responsible for:

- Coordinate accounting period end processes and generate statements
operational financial
- Coordinate the accounting year-end processes and propose the
adjusting entries to senior management
- Ensure compliance of various discounts at various levels
government (sales taxes, payroll, 1% law training, etc.)
- Create and modify administrative processes as needed
- Issue various monthly management reports to senior management
- Make the replacement of certain tasks according to the holidays and absences of
certain employees in the administrative sector (e.g. payroll)
- Support the various company committees (health and safety, francization)
- Compiling and administering commercial agreements for clients of
the company and ensure the payment of remittances every 6 months.
- Manage contract purchases
- Execute, as needed, various mandates requested by senior management
the company

Your profile

- Completed CPA - an asset
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- French / English bilingualism
- Good Excel level
