Your missions

Your responsabilities:

* Produce reports on a weekly basis to track inventory, service levels and productivity for each warehouse.
* Perform the analyses required for acquisitions or changes
* See to the realization of changes and special projects of the warehouses in collaboration with the regional directors of operations
* Investigate variances in inventory levels to optimize operational efficiency and implement action plans to address operational inefficiencies and/or inefficiencies, if necessary
* Analyze delivery routes to determine the cost-effectiveness of warehouse racking
* Analyze and develop scenarios to evaluate the costs of warehousing, development and relocation of centers during acquisition projects, including the preparation of investment plans {CAPEX}
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs related to the supply chain operations in the distribution network
* Prepare newly-acquired distribution centers for deployment of the Microsoft AX} ERP system while assisting local leaders in its implementation.
* Design, develop and review existing logistics processes and develop/implement new processes in a context of continuous improvement of distribution center operations, in collaboration with local managers
* Develop excellent relationships with all departments to foster information exchange while demonstrating leadership in the face of organizational challenges

Your profile

Your profile:

* University degree or college diploma in operations management, supply, logistics or statistical administration
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Oral and written communication in French and English essential {excellent command of the English language is required for this role}
* Excellent knowledge of Access, SQL and Excel {Dynamic Crosstab and Power Ouery), data extraction, report creation...)
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX software is a major asset
* Ability to interact and communicate with staff at all levels of the company
* Ability to identify inefficiencies, identify areas for improvement, formulate action plans and implement changes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
* Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and to lead several tasks at once
