A payroll Administrator ;

Your missions

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for more than 1,000 people;

* Check payroll results by applying internal control processes
* Complete the payroll cycle for all employees in the company
* Ensure the compliance of the payroll process with the various laws and obligations in force
* Generate end of employment records and other payroll related documents
* Follow with managers and / or district managers and / or directors on all matters related to payroll
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls
* Act as an internal resource for payroll information and answer employee questions
* Preparation of payroll reports
* Perform any other special tasks or projects at the request of the manager

Your profile

DEC in administration, accounting or any other similar field of study
* Title of the payroll association, an asset
* Have relevant experience in the field of payroll
* Advanced skills to work with the Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel
* Ability to handle various tasks in a dynamic and effervescent environment
* Great communication skills and impeccable customer service
* Bilingualism in oral and written form (English and French)
* Knowledge of Workday software an asset
