Your missions

- Perform the operational and administrative tasks necessary for the production of payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Assume payroll entry, verification and control of all transactions related to employee compensation.
- Assume and control the day-to-day operations and the steps necessary for the processing of employee benefits, work accidents, bonuses and the issuance of annual tax slips and reports.
- Prepare and record all journal entries related to payroll.
- Calculate taxable benefits for the use of company vehicles.
- Check group insurance invoices.
- Ensure the application of provincial and federal wage laws, taxable benefits and compensation rules related to company policies.
- Resolve and respond to employee inquiries regarding their payroll.
- Issue records of employment.
- Prepare and verify expense and credit card reports.
- As needed, support the accounting department for accounts payable, accounts receivable and end of month.
- Other related tasks.

Your profile

* DEC or AEC in accounting, an asset.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of ADP, an asset.
* Bilingual (French and English).
ACP member, an asset.
* Good knowledge of labor standards.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel.
