Reporting to the controller, the person who will occupy the position of payroll & administration technician will be responsible for the payroll process as well as various other tasks related to human resources and general administration.
More precisely you will have to:
Prepare payroll & verify payroll reports;
Updating and processing of insurance premiums;
Control the group insurance file;
Prepare accounting entries related to payroll;
Prepare government reports related to the CNESST;
Support the controller in various administrative tasks;
Support the HR team with recruitment and various related tasks;
Perform various accounting and financial analyzes at the request of management;
Actively participate in the year-end audit process and interact with the external auditors;
Involve in various special projects.
DEC in accounting or administration is an asset;
Have at least three years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in the manufacturing environment (asset);
Knowledge of Nethris;
Sense of organization and good management of time and priorities;
Rigor and autonomy;
Excellent oral and written communications.
