The main and usual role of the employee of this job title consists of collaborating in the development and ensuring the implementation of the administrative and financial policies of the establishment. He also ensures the realization of projects and ensures the smooth running of the administrative and financial operations entrusted to him. He is called upon to make decisions in his field of competence in compliance with the policies in force.
If necessary, he performs any other related task.
Under the supervision of the HR/Payroll manager in accordance with the 2 collective agreements in force:
-Ensure the follow-up of activities related to the preparation, verification and distribution of payroll. -Ensure the accounting operations leading to the issuance of payroll for all staff.
Mastery of intermediate level data processing software
Mastery of the French language (spoken and written)
Mastery of computerized payroll systems and payroll processes (eg Coba Rh/Payroll)
Autonomy and rigor
Be able to work with tight deadlines
