We are currently supporting a Quebec-based company with over 2000 employees in the food industry.
Reporting to the HR Administrative Services Manager, the Payroll Technician will participate in the complete payroll process for all divisions of the company in Canada.
Prepare, process, validate and authorize payrolls;
Validate time sheets (electronic punches);
Register employees to the various benefit modules;
Follow up on payroll, leave and vacation allocations;
Perform various data entries;
Produce reports for the end of the month;
Assist in the production of tax statements;
Support the human resources department for administrative tasks.
D.E.C. in Administrative Techniques or related training;
5 years experience in different software (Kronos, Ultipro-Paie);
Member of the CPA.
Skills and competencies required :
Bilingualism French/English (essential);
Diplomacy and respect for confidentiality;
Work with rigor and precision.
