Your missions

Carried out the complete payroll cycle;
Carrying out and ensuring the entry of employee files (hiring, termination,
various changes, etc.);
Explain the differences between the actual salaries and those budgeted or any discrepancy detected in the pay;
Being the main contact to answer employee questions regarding payroll and
related subjects (insurance, absence counters, access to HR platforms, etc.);
Carry out the end of the year in payroll (T4A, T4, Relevé 1);
Help at the end of the fiscal year (Summary 1, etc.);
Respond to various government requests;
Be responsible for the payroll software (updates, employee data, etc.);
Administer group insurance (registration, deregistration, invoice follow-up, etc.);
Managed the administration for employees of contracted exhibitions (editing contracts,
endorsements, points of contact for managers, etc.).

Your profile

Excellent command of French, both oral and written;
Good knowledge of English, both oral and written;
Knowledge of the Desjardins Employer D payroll system;
Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, in particular Excel;
Good analytical mind, ability to manage stress and meet deadlines;
Good communication and customer service skills - both oral and written;
Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, initiative and attention to detail;
Good team spirit and ease in interpersonal relationships.
