Your missions

We are looking for a applicant to perform the following tasks:
- Submit invoices to clients;
- Coordinate payments with clients;
- Support the collection process,
- Manage the collection cycle (from cash in accounting to bank deposits);
- Interact with clients to resolve outstanding issues;
- Develop payment plans with clients as required.
- Analysis of doubtful accounts;
- Support the process of transforming revenue into invoicing;
- Acts as a back-up for various tasks of the finance team;
- Assistance in the end-of-month closing process
- Participation in internal and external audits.

Your profile

Your profile:

- DEC or Bachelor in accounting or administration
- Bilingualism English / French essential
- Mastery of Excel
- An open mind, curiosity, dynamism and a very good sense of communication

* DEC ou BAC en comptabilité ou adminsitration
* Une expérience dans un département de collection est un plus ;
* Bilingue (anglais et français) ;
* A l'aise avec Excel
