We are looking for our client, a high-growth high-end textile company, a senior manager, sales and operations planning.

Your missions

Work closely with forecasting stakeholders from Sales, Merchandising, Studio, Data Science and Operations teams in areas such as demand and supply planning, capacity planning, inventory placement, customer experience and backlog management to continuously optimize efficiency of our supply chain

Define S&OP metrics and develop dashboards to provide transparency and single source of truth across functional areas to ensure alignment and optimal results

Develop and implement S&OP processes to continuously refine forecasting methodologies and accuracy

Prepare S&OP materials using cross-functional inputs and facilitate weekly S&OP meetings

Innovate and deploy tools to successfully improve forecast accuracy

Monitor the accuracy of tools and information used for S&OP and identify areas for continuous improvement

Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis and drive business decisions relative to improving service levels, efficiency and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement)

Work with IT to design reports and processes to simplify and enhance business planning

Leverage industry best practices and peer benchmarking to continually enhance the S&OP process

Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans and modeling tools

Manage and develop exceptional talent

Manage and participate in finance and accounting activities across several locations

Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability

Partner with your teams and develop all weekly and monthly financial close activities, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to both your operations & other business partners

Your profile

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Finance or a related field

A minimum of 7 years of Supply Chain planning experience in a distribution, retail or manufacturing environment

In depth experience running Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes

Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau

Experience in online retail, data-rich environments a plus

Experience with working with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)

SKILLS

Experience in influencing, developing and or motivating people from diverse backgrounds and differing customer background

Strong analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels

Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with cross-functional teams and other analysts

Able to manage a process from start to end autonomously

Strong communication skills

Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
