Your missions
For one of one of our clients, a financial institution in the insurance sector, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, whose duties will include :
- Match invoices
- Enter data into the accounting system
- Process cash receipts
- Process refunds, account adjustments, and discrepancies
- Analysing credit limits
- Manage overdue accounts with brokers
- Establish payment arrangements with policyholder accounts
- Manage collections
- Answering calls and emails from policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Bilingual written and spoken French/English required
- 3 years' experience in accounts receivable
- Mastery of Sage an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
