Your missions
POSITION SUMMARY:
The holder of the position is called upon to ensure the recovery of customer accounts, collaborate with business partners, manage and participate in the resolution of dissatisfaction or disputes, and ensure sound management of accounts receivable.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carry out collections, monitoring and recovering accounts receivable;
• Verify, compile and make credits for monthly deductions from shipments to customers;
• Follow up on overdue accounts;
• Follow up on transport claims;
• Prepare account statements for transfers to customers;
• Participate in the management of rebates and discounts granted to customers;
• Analyze discrepancies and carry out regularization procedures;
• Participate in the preparation of reports to management;
• Review procedures and suggest improvements;
• Participate in credit analyses;
• Support the company's administrative processes.
• Provide general assistance to the accounting and administration department.
Perform any other related task requested by their superior.
Your profile
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• DEP in accounting or DEC in administration (accounting profile);
• Knowledge of accounting software;
• Mastery of the MS Office suite;
• Autonomy;
• Attention to detail ;
• Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English);
• Ability to work in a team.
EXPERIENCE
Approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
