My client in the aviation industry is looking for a candidate to work in-person in a permanent accounts payable position.
Review vendor invoices and verify their validity.
Obtain payment approval for all invoices.
Match purchase orders to the corresponding invoices.
Enter validated invoices into the ERP system.
Reconcile all vendor accounts and process accounts payable transactions.
Research and resolve any disputes of vendor invoices.
Process vendor payments.
Respond to vendor requests in a timely manner.
Properly attribute charges to the corresponding client for rebilling purposes.
College diploma in accounting. Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting or Finance is an asset.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable.
Experience working with an ERP system. Microsoft Business Central or similar is an asset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and French.
Knowledge or prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
