Your missions
We are looking for a Shared Services Supervisor - Accounts Receivable for a large security group located in Boisbriand.
Reporting to the Controller, your duties will be to:
- Supervise the billing and collection team (12 employees)
- Complete the month-end cycle in accounts receivable
- Transfer knowledge to make continuous improvements to processes and procedures as needed
- Prioritize and execute important tasks
- Ensure billing and collection deadlines are met
- Work with the Controller to set annual objectives, improve efficiency and manage the entire department
- Handle major customer accounts
- Other related duties
Your profile
Here's the profile we're looking for:
- Good workload management skills
- Experience in a similar dynamic environment
- Over 7 years experience in accounting
- Experience in team management
- Excel skills in pivot tables and Vlookup
