Your missions
For one of our clients, a group in the construction industry, we are looking for an accounting technician whose tasks are :
- Perform and verify payroll processing operations
- Create and update employee files in the payroll and HR system
- Produce records of employment, and manage all documents related to the cessation of employment
- Enter and validate data in accordance with the various collective agreements in the construction industry and labor standards
- Prepare year-end documents (T4 - Relevé 1 - internship documents, CNESST declaration, etc.)
- Prepare and submit various payments (insurance, CCQ report, DAS, etc.).
- Produce and validate reports
- Related tasks
Your profile
- DEC in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Maestro software, an asset
- Experience in the construction industry, an asset
- French mandatory, English an asset
