I'm currently working with my client, a leader in the sports industry, for a position at Blainville head office.
Reporting to the CFO, your tasks will be :
- Manage rents for 70 entities
- Analyze contracts with lessors and review lease summaries
- Prepare payments of rent and utilities and/or checks within payment deadlines
- Maintain lease expiry lists
- Commercial insurance and fleet management
- Optimize all rent-related files and their digital filing to ensure continuous improvement of our procedures
- Explain variances between actual and budgeted data
- Analytical profile with good organizational skills
- Ideally experience in real estate accounting
- Knowledge of ACCOMBA
- DEP or DEC in accounting
