Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a company located in Downtown Montreal, for an accounting technician. This is a permanent position on a hybrid basis - 2-3 days remote work.
Recording of invoices to be paid and receipts
Preparation and payment of insurance claims
Preparation of checks, bank transfers, electronic transfers, and deposits
Management of petty cash
Preparation and management of billing for related companies
Daily monitoring of cash flow
Tracking of group insurance premiums and contributions to the retirement plan
Preparation of month-end accounting reports for various departments
Participation in certain financial analyses
Participation in the improvement and execution of work, as well as processes and procedures. Ensure that our systems properly handle accounting data and data received from other administrative systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and authority delegations related to the exercise of responsibilities.
Any other related tasks.
