Your missions
We are looking for one of our clients, an artistic institution, an Accounts Payable Technician.
In the accounting department, your responsibilities will be:
- Verify expense reports
- Realize full accounts payable cycle
- Realize the matching of purchase orders
- Realize the statements of accounts
- Communicate with suppliers as needed
- Realize the T4A and send them to the suppliers
- Realize payments to suppliers
- Reconcile the accounts to the general ledger
- Other tasks
Your profile
- DEC in accounting, finance or related field
- Good English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Mastery of Greatplains, a strong asset
- Jnowledge of Excel
