Your missions
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the person sought must have relevant experience in the accounts receivable cycle as well as the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement in a changing environment, while ensuring that control measures are strengthened. We are looking for a rigorous person, detail-oriented and recognized for their sense of priorities.

Specific responsibilities
Collect various payments, checks, bank transfers, online payments according to the lists and payment from our brokers
Validate commission payments at the end of the month
Proceed to send account statements to brokers and clients
Reconcile broker accounts and follow up with them
Manage bank returns (NSF, bad bank accounts, etc.)
Respond to requests from clients and brokers (DAA and email inbox) on a daily basis
Support the team in resolving complex cases
Actively participate in team meetings and ensure work procedures are updated
Perform any other task related to the function

College diploma in accounting
Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
