Versatile Assistant Montréal

The Fed Group in Montreal recruits a Versatile Assistant for its team.
(Office based Down Town).
Reporting directly to the Director of the office, your tasks will be;
1. Telephone reception
2. Office logistics (layout, orders, workstation, team support...)
3. Database update (client and candidates)
4. Preparation of corporate events (customer evening, Christmas party, participation in job fairs ...)
5. Organization of travel, reservations, search for partners
6. All ancillary administrative missions that can support the team and management in its performance.
Adapted following the pandemic, the atmosphere at home is always at the top (festivities, sports classes, team challenge ...) with a particularly high level of requirement to guarantee an irreproachable service to our candidates and our customers.
The position offered is permanent, part-time or full-time (between 25 and 40h), full range of benefits and fill as soon as possible.
- Current university studies (BAA, HR, Marketing, Accounting
- Bilingual French and English
- Excellent sense of service, dynamism and proactivity
